- The shipping charges for an APO or FPO addresses is based on each gifts individual weight. In our care package line we
included a selection in the drop down menu for APO or FPO shipping. If you want to send a gift to an Apo or Fpo from a different
category and there is not an option for FPO or APO please select the 3 day select shipping price as that is close to the cost of
priority mailing of packages to FPO or APO addresses, if the actual shipping cost is higher than the 3 day air price we will notify
you via email immediately before shipping the item. If you enter an APO or FPO address and choose free ground shipping in the
ship to area we will accept that as your acknowledgement and acceptance of the additional fees for military shipping and will
adjust your balance accordingly. 97% of the packages we send never encounter issues but in the event that USPS makes any
errors, returns or loses your package we will not process a refund or a claim. We do not guarantee any packages sent outside the
US and consider it "ship at your own risk". We guarantee to provide you with tracking information by the USPS which reflects an
electronic acknowledgement of receipt of your gift from our company by the post office and will assist in every way possible to
make sure your item arrives and consider refunds based on each case individually. Once the post office turns your gift to the
military the tracking detail is not a specific. If your package is lost, damaged or returned we will not process the claims in house
as we do when shipping via www.ups.com but we will make available to you any documentation necessary so you may file a claim
for a refund of your money. Please note the post office does not usually make errors so you should be able to send your gift with
confidence.
