Please plan accordingly when ordering your items! UPS does not reimburse late shipments due to weather
conditions that may slow a package progress. This includes next day air packages!
Please use the map below to determine if ground shipping will get your gift there on time.
When determining shipping time the transit time does not count the day the item is shipped.
Please note that during Christmas UPS does not guarantee the ground transit times below.
Our same day shipping is no longer guaranteed after the 15th of December please plan accordingly and
call if you need help in deciding the best way to ship your gift.
Example:
• Before 2 PM (CST) on Monday the 11th an order is placed shipping to Ohio
• Viewing the color coded map Ohio takes 2 days
• It will ship today (Monday) and will arrive on Wednesday.
• Ups does not consider the ship day a transit day-transit day 1 would be Tuesday, transit day 2 would
be Wednesday.
Hawaii and Alaska transit times and shipping costs are not included in the free ground shipping. Please call
a customer service representative to get a shipping quote for orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. No discounts or
refunds will be offered for late deliveries on orders placed after the daily shipping cut-off, orders placed on
holidays or weekends or orders with incorrect delivery information
*Note: Normal delivery days do NOT include Saturday or Sunday.
Saturday delivery is only available by special request. Normal next day air service is Monday through Friday.
Please be sure you correctly include all of the following information for the recipient address:
• Recipients full first and last name.
• Company name. (if applicable)
• Street number and street name.
• Suite number, apartment number or floor number.
• City, state and accurate zip code.
Change of Address Requests:
If your order has not yet been picked up by the parcel delivery company we will be happy to assist you with
changing or adding any information to the shipping address. Please call us toll free at 866-323-8601 Monday
through Friday from 8:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST and we will be happy to assist you. In the event your gift has
shipped we can not change the address. Please be sure to verify the ship to address on your order. An incomplete
address or address missing information such as street number, suite number, or apartment number may
result in a $10.00 charge. If for some reason you have provided incomplete or incorrect information we will need
to contact FedEx/ups and attempt to correct the error.
Canceling an order:
Once an order has been shipped and is out of our facility we can not cancel the order. You may return a gift at
your expense and receive an 80% refund. We do not issue full credit because once food items leave the facility
they have to be destroyed when they are returned, we never reuse perishable items.
Chocolate and Fruit Baskets and substitutions:
During the hot summer months all fruit and chocolate must be shipped accordingly for arrival within 2
days for fruit and next day for chocolate. In some areas this may mean we have to upgrade shipping to two
day or overnight delivery to ensure fresh delivery of fruit and chocolate items. Please look at the transit
map, some areas we can ship via ground. If ground transit times exceed two days we may need to ship as
the following, Monday and Tuesday via 2-day or next day, Wednesday 2-day or next day and Thursday
overnight shipping. Shipping these gifts on Friday is not possible. Although it is a bit more costly it is the
only way to ensure your gifts arrive fresh and in the best possible condition. At times it may be necessary
for us to substitute an item or items in our baskets. This is due to the uniqueness of each gift and vendor
supplies. We will never substitute products unequally. Please note that not all gifts arrive identical to the
picture(baskets may very).
Track Your Package:
Provided you have submitted an accurate e-mail address, once your item has shipped you will receive a
tracking number for your gift so you can see when it is delivered. When you have your tracking number
just click on one of the links below:
Returns & Refunds:
We stand behind our product, if you are not completely satisfied with your gift you may return it and receive a 100%
credit.
If you feel we have made an error on one of our gifts we will gladly retrieve the item in question and issue a refund
or reship your gift. In order to receive a full credit we must be able to retrieve the item in question.
If UPS delivers your package late we will make attempts to reimburse the shipping provided the late package is not
due to weather delays, incorrect address information and is not on a holiday shipping delay.
